Painting and Art are a "late in life passion" for me.  A chance encounter with the PBS artists brought an irresistible urge to learn more.  I began collecting every book and DVD available.  As my interest became an obsession, I took my first workshop with Pat Dews and my fate was sealed.

At the urgings of my family, I have retired from my retail career and moved to Colorado with them.  Every day has become an art adventure.  I am inspired by the drama and beauty of nature surrounding me and strive to express the wonder of what I see on canvas, boards, and paper.  I am inspired to incorporate the textures, shapes, and colors of the environment into my creations. 

My journey has just begun.....
